MANAGING PARTNERS

Muhammad Al Ghiffary is an Indonesian lawyer with a strong transactional and regulatory practice, focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment law, employment and labor law, and regulatory compliance. He advises domestic and foreign clients on M&A transactions, investment structuring, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, legal due diligence, and contract drafting and negotiation, ensuring that complex transactions are executed efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations.

In addition to his transactional work, Muhammad has extensive experience in employment and industrial relations matters, particularly in managing labor risks arising from corporate actions, business restructuring, and compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations. His professional experience spans manufacturing, oil and gas, maritime, insurance, and heavy industries, enabling him to deliver pragmatic, risk-focused, and business-oriented legal solutions tailored to each client’s operational needs

Patrick Napitupulu is a lawyer at GNP Law Firm with expertise in Insurance Law, Debt & Corporate Restructuring, and Criminal Law. Since joining GNP in January 2024, he has focused on handling matters related to debt collection, labor law, and criminal law. He has advised and represented clients in various cases under his management with an analytical and solution-oriented approach. A graduate of Brawijaya University, he was actively involved in several student organizations during his studies.
